WoodSmith Estates Located 30 minutes from Buffalo and Rochester in Batavia is an affordable barn venue that holds up This is your day - no one else's.

We are not a cookie cutter wedding venue - we are here to help make your wedding all your own. If you want a food truck, lets make that happen; if you want a band instead of DJ let's do that, if you want sparklers instead of bubbles - great! My goal is to give you a place that is a blank canvas and we design it the way you want it. So let's make it the way you want it!!

What makes us stand above the rest other than our prices is the Day of Coordination that we do.

Planners were delivered to our May & June couples today!!!!! This is how we bring their Vision to Reality!!!

Our planners are 8 pages - Don't worry sounds like a lot up its not - if you just answer a few questions every day it will be done in no time.
Some examples of pages and info that we request is vendors info, itinerary - that way if they show up late we can follow up with them, RAIN DAY plan, & much more
The couples can share this with whomever is helping them plan their wedding. It will also let you pick your own decor drop off & pick up times.
