ATTENTION

So since Facebook and their algorithms seem to know me so well, my business page’s rating has dropped from 5.0 to 3.7 and jumped from 22 to 44 reviews overnight, and i can’t see half of them, (probably because they’re filtered as Spam, or fake negative reviews from people i don’t even know, or have never worked with).

With that being said and with the research i’ve done, supposedly i’m not alone, and that Facebook bots pick up on the terms “no”, “can’t”, “won’t”, “not”, etc. as “negative terms”. Therefore hindering my rating.

Even if it’s meant in a positive way, apparently FB is scared of “negative” words.

So if you decide to leave a review, and i know it’s weird to ask, try to refrain from those types of phrases. Idk why, but supposedly it’s killing business pages. I’m not alone from what i read.
