Good morning! We were in the kitchen yesterday making sauce and meatballs for a lunch we're catering. Two huge pots of sauce, 60 meatballs, 10 meatball patties.
Today we'll be putting together the spinach and strawberry salad, cooking bow tie pasta, as well as making lava cakes with strawberry cream cheese.
Hope you're enjoying this beautiful morning! We have a BIG pot of our Italian red sauce simmering on the stove for orders next week. About to head out to play 18 holes and get some sunshine. ⛳️ 🏌🏻♀️🌞
