Order your tamales before we run out! (225)249-6155. We made about 300 yesterday. Over 7 hours prep, cooking and a whole lotta love. These will definitely be something we only offer a few times a year. They freeze great!

Good morning! We were in the kitchen yesterday making sauce and meatballs for a lunch we're catering. Two huge pots of sauce, 60 meatballs, 10 meatball patties.
Today we'll be putting together the spinach and strawberry salad, cooking bow tie pasta, as well as making lava cakes with strawberry cream cheese.
