Stipulations of Participation:
Based on experience, there are a few stipulations we must insist upon to participate in this or any styled shoot. Please read over the list below, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!

The completed form must be submitted back to [email protected] before the agreement can be finalized.
• We are happy to offer the shoot coordinator 60% off regular rental rates!

As a result, only a 40% fee of total rental value, with a $150 minimum, is due in full by the shoot date. This covers employee labor to prep our rentals. If any additional costs arise, or should the quantity of rentals require a larger delivery vehicle or extra staff Unspeakable Joy Luxe Rentals will provide a separate invoicing document.
• While we do prefer to deliver and handle our own rental inventory on set, Unspeakable Joy Luxe Rentals , in some circumstances, will allow a trusted vendor to pick up, set up, and return the rental items needed for the shoot. If granted permission, the vendor must prove all transportation will be within an ENCLOSED and insured vehicle. Any damages or replacements needed because of this shoot and related transportation will be the sole responsibility of the shoot coordinator.
• In order to receive the styled shoot rental discount of 60%, we require detailed photographs of our rental inventory both with and without the models. For example, if the set includes a backdrop, we need an image of the backdrop with the models present, and another of the piece in its entirety, with no models present. This is necessary for our own marketing purposes and nonnegotiable.

• It is imperative we receive detailed digital photographs of our inventory without the models no more than 14 days after the shoot so we may capitalize on the season and post them to the UJLR website and social media accounts in a timely manner. We understand photo manipulation takes time, so it is not necessary to overly edit or correct these photographs.
• For all remaining images, UJLR must receive access to web and print ready files no later than 60 days after the shoot date. In the case of blog submissions, etc., we are happy to wait until publishing before sharing on our own social media pages.
• UJLR takes proper crediting/tagging on all social media, blogs, websites, and other publications very seriously. We demand proper credit be given on ALL imagery featuring our inventory, products, and accessories - whether in print or online. Once we receive this completed agreement back from you, we will personally reach out to all participating vendors requesting their complete social media contact information. At this time, we will also supply the participating vendors with our own contact information so there are no excuses and/or misunderstandings later. Everyone works hard and everyone gets credit; this is our beliefs and we will insist all abide by it.

Typically "engagement season" is between Dec 25th and Feb 14th.

50% of engagements happen in this block of time, and that is the biggest push for filling our calendar up for the year. We have had 3 cancellations or rebooks for this Spring, so those dates are still available for anyone not wishing for a long engagement. Summer months, which are typically a slow period for us has renewed interest, and several Fall dates are still open; unusual, but as we know from previous years, those are all about to get swiped :).

Engagement season has started a bit early it seems. We are getting a flood of emails and inquiries. Private tours are being scheduled every day leading up to Christmas. We are thrilled at the interest we are receiving, but feel I should mention it because I told a few tours we will get busy AFTER Christmas.... that appears to be incorrect lol.

Brides to be, please lock down ALL your vendors-photography, catering, cakes, dj, decor team, and florist as soon as possible- before the official "ring wave" of engagements. You have been warned, the race is on hahaha. GOOD LUCK and we can't wait to meet you

Perfect time for a another introduction of who we are and what we do. I'm Bee & the tall glass of chocolate milk alongside of me is my loving husband Pat of 18+ years. We have 3 beautiful children. 20 years old, 17 years old, and 10 years old. We are natives of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We launched our events rental business earlier this year and have been highly successful thus far. (WE THANK YOU) We are a family owned and operated business, and we absolutely love what we do.
