Bury the Bourbon
In my book, Secret Confessions of a Wedding Planner, I have a chapter that talks about traditions. Have you ever heard of burying the bourbon? Originated in Kentucky, the tradition states if you bury a bottle of bourbon one month before the wedding at the venue where the wedding is to take place, you then dig it up the day of (or at the rehearsal) and the groom & groomsmen take a shot from the bottle it will insure good weather on your wedding day! #weddingabyallie
