1. In order to ensure our ability to assist you, answer your questions and ensure we are giving you the dedicated time required Site Visits are by appointment ONLY!

2. Date Retainer payments secure your date and are non refundable . Purchasing a date on our calendar secures your date . The date retainer payment is deducted from your event balance.

3. Proper payments are non negotiable! Each incredible deal is listed with the proper payment amount. That amount is required to receive the deal at that pricing for the selected date.


4. Only one deal acccepted per order and date. Deals cannot be combined. Not valid on Previous pricing open invoices or previous dates (dates on or before 12/31/2024) .

5. Deal 10 -Open invoice is defined as an invoice with a full deposit already paid , that is not past due . Past due is defined as an event that is less than 30 days away and is not fully paid.

PAYMENT IS THE ONLY THING THAT SECURES YOUR DATE! No phone call email or conversation secures your date this can only be done through a payment . We operate on a first pay first serve basis. On deals with limited amounts we reserve the right to stop the sale once we receive the amount posted with our announcement or notice to prospective buyers.
