Well today is my 58th birthday. Zoinks. The older you get the quicker the years go by.

I look at myself in the mirror and I see a guy who loves life! I guy who Would give his last dollar to someone in need. A guy who try’s to go the extra mile at a hundred mile an hour for total strangers to make sure they are ok.
Yes The good lord has blessed me in so many ways

But in honor of this guy here turning 58 today I’d like to offer up a prayer …..

Lord I want to thank you for the many blessings you have given to me! You have given me 4 amazing children and 4 grandchildren. You have given me a successful morning radio show that lets me put a smile and laugh on the hearts of South Louisiana listeners every morning.

Lord You continue to bless me with a huge Great Dane that just happens to be one of the most famous dogs in cartoon history!

Thank you for thousands of people who come to see me at comic cons around the country! Thank you for giving me just enough strength to keep going even tho my body is wore out!

You have blessed me with some of the greatest listeners and fans of my work world wide.

You have given me an amazing wife that I know I don’t deserve. But she has become my back bone
And the one woman and best friend I can always count on to keep me humble. 😏 real humble lol 🤦‍♂️

Lord I’ve come to realize that aging is not “ lost youth” but a new stage of opportunity and strength , that the longer I live the more beautiful life becomes.

So today I thank all of you for being apart of my trip around the sun. Here is to many more! I love each and every one of you.!

I’ll close by saying this.

There is a fountain of youth, it is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of the people you love!

When you learn to tap this source you will truly have defeated age!
