Hi Everyone! ✨

It's our 25th anniversary month, so I think it's time that I introduce myself. My name is Randee Gagnon, I'm the owner and lead floral designer at The Floral Cottage. I've been the official owner since 2019, but have been with the business from the start in 1999 when my mom began The Floral Cottage. After years in another profession and becoming a mother, I decided that it was time to pursue a more creative career. I turned to my mom and asked her if I could join her team part-time. Once my ambitious nature kicked in, that part-time creative job turned into a full fledged career in floral design. 💐🌸🪻🌿

While juggling motherhood, I took over ownership of The Floral Cottage and reinvented it to be a premiere luxury wedding and event florist in Southern Louisiana. As the business grew, I hired my first employees, offered candle rentals, created the At Home Collection during COVID and eventually moved our location closer to home in Prairieville while also designing for hundreds of couples.

Now that we've settled into our new space, we've expanded to serve not only our wedding clients, but our community with our floral boutique. The floral boutique offers fresh flowers for pick up from our flower bar or cooler and delivery as well as floral themed gifts! We recently began offering homecoming flowers and will be launching our celebration of life services later this month.

My family, team and I are truly grateful to all of you for supporting us throughout the years. None of this would have been possible without each of you. Cheers to 25 years and 25 more of the Floral Cottage Florist!🌸🌿🦋✨💐🪻
