We wanted to share a little history behind the barn…

The barn was built in 1837 originally run as a dairy barn by the Weeks family. Around 2010 the previous owners of our home, AJ & Kay Jones, caught wind that the barn was going to be torn down. In order to preserve history they bought the barn, had it taken apart numbering all the boards, moved it 5 miles down the road and rebuilt here at Peaceful Valley.
The barn is truly a work of art. We are so grateful it still stands and can be a place we share in making many more memories!
