POSITION SUMMARY
Full time position responsible for club’s dining and banquet services throughout the club. Directly supervises and trains service staff, including halfway house. Responsible for management of all bar areas including inventory control and ordering. Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining areas. Ensures timeliness of food service. Work with banquet and other departments to assure that members’ and guests’ expectations are exceeded.

Last night we welcomed members back into our thoughtfully renovated grill room. Anticipation was high, the house was full and it did not disappoint. We feel the essence of casual fine dining was well captured in this beautiful remodel.
We sure do have a lot of talented people to thank starting with Newman Construction, but in the meantime we are just relishing in this beautifully revamped atmosphere and all the smiling faces.

If you know Coach Jeff then you know he is nothing short of determined and this summer he set an aggressive goal of getting 50 new members to pick up the game of pickleball. Well, we are at *49*!
So this week he is offering a free private beginner pickleball lesson to the FIRST MEMBER (or group of members) who has NOT YET played pickleball at the BCCC Sports Complex.
Lets get to 50 today and celebrate this wildly popular sport and the new BCCC Sports Complex!
Speaking of members playing pickleball, how about Dr. Charlie Chen in the picture above with other members Fritz Baltutat, Bruce Galen, and Bill Martin after playing last week. Charlie is 92 years old and playing pickleball in the mornings here at the BCCC Sports Complex. He is an inspiration to many!

Last nights Pink Ribbon Riders annual twilight! Members showed up in their best pink gear for a great time and a great cause!
Pickleball… It sure is love at first sight. Last night the 6:30p mixed adult pickleball play had THIRTY EIGHT players in attendance! Such a beautiful evening and amazing to see so many members enjoying the sport.
