Leaving now to finalize (AGAIN) the venue we hope. Due to issues with a certain person and his cronies emailing them, we had to do some adjusting. So, our TTE page should be taking vendors and ticket sales this weekend.

We are happy to announce that Merle Rasmussen, creator of Top Secret RPG and his lovely wife will be coming to Wizardcon! We are excited to see Merle and play the awesome game TOP SECRET !

Although Jenell Jaquays agreed earlier this month to come to Wizardcon, based on recent updates from those close to her, we think her road to recovery will be a long one. We have removed her from the Celebrity Guest list out of respect and hope this is just temporary.

If Jenell's status changes we are thrilled to have her. However for now we wish her the best, and hope her healing is fast, and her recovery faster. Health is always the most important.

We did a tour of the venue and it is massive, so there will be plenty of room for everyone, vendors etc. Also on site food and more. We will also have private rooms for some very exclusive gaming with industry legends and more.

A video update on our venue and some cool things about it.

We have secured the venue, it will be at the Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek, MI. Lots of games, cool events, food on site and easy parking.

Been working on getting the venue secured, and it looks like it will be the Kellogg Arena here in Battle Creek. Had to work on some things like insurance, however that is sorted and we are signing this week.

Nice thing about the venue is it is large enough to hold the convention with tons of room to spare. This works out great so we can have tabletop wargames without bumping elbows, vendors with larger booths and an area for panels and pictures.

Also there will be a mini Tomb of Horrors set up, so you can get pics with the stone face and more. So lots of fun stuff brewing.

The convention is coming together like bread and butter. Later this week we will have news of a major movie celebrity who will be coming to the convention. Waiting for the confirmation now..

We are happy to announce that Heidi and Erik Gygax (Garland) will be at Wizardcon. They are the creators of Gaxland and the many adventures through it. Both 1E and 5E compatible modules, so just about everyone can play them and have fun.

We welcome Heidi and Erik, and in fact we will be at Dragon Days in Lake Geneva this October and plan to say hello.

We will be having a charity auction on Saturday July 20 at 3pm. This auction will have 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project. We plan to have a lot of cool things that people can win and in the process help those who were wounded while in service to our great Country.
