About Amazing Graze Catering Aotearoa

Hello, kia ora, aloha, talofa lava, Konnichi wa, everyone! Welcome to my Amazing Graze catering page! My name is Frances Sisley, I have 5 siblings, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers( who are all doing amazing in life) my 7 beautiful nieces, 3 handsome nephews, my amazing parents, and my handsome soulmate. I am from two small home towns called Ruatoki and Te Teko. I love going back home. It grounds me and brings me back to earth. I am a caterer by day and a chef by night. I have been a chef for 5+ years but my passion for food has been with me since a young age. Growing up, I was always surrounded by bakers and cooks, whether it be at the marae, at family gatherings or at home. My dad would always be in the kitchen cooking for us, and making our favourite Sunday roast! and mum would bake the best sultana cupcakes ever. The smell throughout the house was beautiful. One of the many things I love about food is how it brings people together. I've worked in a few different restaurants and cafes alongside so many amazing chefs, it has been an amazing journey so far. They have taught me so many great things. I couldn't have done it without the help of all those chefs I’ve met on my journey, but mostly I couldn't and wouldn't be here without my parents pushing me to keep going when I wanted to give up and also my whanau ( family) and my partner who always kept me going, by always pushing me forward with nothing but positive words and saying how proud he is of me. They are the ones who made the journey worth it and I will always remember that. Anyway as time went by I decided I wanted to own my own business, so I left my job to live my dream and it was the best decision I ever made. Now I am doing what I love the most! Making people happy with food! I couldn't be more happier. Only up up up from here! Time to start building that empire!!
