We will be taking orders of whole or half Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken in B/S thighs or whole chickens, Sausage and Sauce with 24 hour notice.

*******Very important update. I am being put in the hospital on Wednesday December 20th. Unfortunately I will not be able to do the turkeys and the hams on Friday. I can recommend 4 corners BBQ.i am truly sorry but my doctor said time is of the essence********

To all of my loyal Thanksgiving customers, I regretfully have to tell you I won't be selling this Thanksgiving due to rotator cuff surgery this Tuesday Oct 25th. I know this is the second year in a row but god-willing, my surgeries will be past me and I can start cooking again after I recover.
