Last weekend we returned to to help celebrate a very special day!

This week we were thrilled to be serving guests of the North Shore Wildlife Sanctuaries Spring Gala. All proceeds went to support the maintenance of many of the North Shore’s hidden gems! Last weekend’s Evening of Hope Fundraiser for the was magical!

When Shelly & Amy came to us one of the things they emphasized was that they wanted a modern style cocktail party that would feel like a true reflection of Olivia & her friends. Thanks to and we were able to do just that!

We took our entire team up to Connecticut last weekend for a one of a kind wedding that left everyone speechless..

Our couple wanted a vintage inspired feeling of dark romance, and their personal touches were spot on throughout! Velvet table dressings, dried florals and vintage glassware made for a very non traditional yet beautiful outcome. We were able to source the original Munster Mobile as a surprise for her dad- (it’s their thing)

Guests enjoyed cocktail hour in an art gallery with lots of vegan options, then moved on to a reception with French style dinner service and a DJ that kept everyone dancing all night!

Meet the man behind Mill Creek Catering & Events! This is Rich Cutler (he says hello) and while he typically doesn’t like to be featured here on social media, he’s allowed me to introduce him to you on here today!

MCCE was born in 2015 when we were asked to cater a wedding for one of our own, and boy have we evolved since then! In an industry that can be very demanding on vendors, Rich has found a way to balance his passion for creating beautiful and delicious food and his innate desire to use his company to be of service to others. What started as a strictly catering only venture has since evolved to become full on event planning, leaving in its wake an endless sea of happy couples who have since become good friends. I’ve had the pleasure of evolving alongside Rich and MCCE since the beginning, and I can speak on his behalf when I say We are so blessed and grateful to have grown through each and every event together. Here’s to all our future couples, friends and clients, we can’t wait to meet you!

We kept it traditional with small bites such as Waldorf Chicken Salad, Cucumber Tea Sandwiches, Macaroons & Cranberry Scones (with homemade Devonshire Clotted Cream!) and so much more! Blueberry Lavender Lemonade kept guests cool in the midst of the heat wave 😊

Happy 4th of July from all of us at Mill Creek Catering & Events!

We had so much fun getting into the spirit of the holiday at yesterday’s 4th of July Lobster Bake! Our hostess loves entertaining and always does the most beautiful job planning her parties! Her guests enjoyed our Nantucket Raw Bar, all the seafood apps one could ever want, and then moved on to a beautiful dinner with a traditional summer menu. We finished the night with a vintage ice cream truck from and of course fireworks!

We gave them a fancy beer wall with their favorite summer brews and an engraved ice luge that lit up with color changing LED lights, as well as a refreshing signature cocktail that’s perfect for summer!

A beautiful vow renewal at back in April..

Our couple really wanted to seize the moment and celebrate their love with family & close friends! A simple aesthetic let the arboretum shine and non stop cocktail hour food meant the guests had no official timeline to adhere to. Instead they ate and danced until the sun went down! Wishing Christine & Jim another 26 years of bliss!
