Forever Moments is partnering with Beard Mountain Vineyard, a BRAND NEW venue in the Charlottesville Virginia area, to create a fun styled shoot on November 9th of next month!

On Friday, a limited number of tickets will drop for this event, and each ticket will include:
-An outdoor ceremony
-A cocktail lounge
-A reception featuring the venue's permanent, clear black tent
-Stationery station
-BONUS: Each ticket includes lunch and a tour from the venue owner!

DM us with your email to be added to our mailing list for early access to ticket sales! This is an amazing opportunity for photographers and videographers who want to create beautiful content while connecting and networking with a brand-new venue.

For vendors interested in growing their relationship with Beard Mountain Vineyard, this shoot will also be a great opportunity to get to know the venue, meet the venue team, and have the opportunity to be considered for their future vendor network.

We are still in need of a couple more vendors to bring everything together; specifically, we still need 1 more couple model and 1 single model (paid opportunity for these positions!), so if you're interested in collaborating, please reach out!

Hiring wedding vendors does NOT guarantee a stress-free wedding day.

This couple naturally did what many couples do: chose a photographer from their venue’s preferred vendor list, stayed in communication with them leading up to the wedding, and were reassured that everything was ready to go.

Then the photographer simply…didn’t show up.

And when the wedding party turned to the hotel’s coordinator for help, they discovered that “having a coordinator” didn’t mean their vendors were actually being managed or that someone was responsible for fixing the problem.

Thankfully, a guest had a camera. But the experience of the day was still affected, and the couple to this day has been unable to reach the photographer after the wedding.

This is why the planning process matters so much.

Hiring a wedding planner at the beginning of the planning process can help you understand your venue’s responsibilities, properly vet your professionals, ask the questions you may not think to ask, and make sure you know there's a plan B and C when the unexpected occurs.

Excellence thrives in collaboration, not competition.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned in the wedding industry is that there is so much more to be gained by building each other up than by competing for a seat at the table.

There will always be another planner, DJ, florist, photographer, etc. in our market. But that doesn’t mean we have to view one another as competition. When we share knowledge, celebrate each other’s wins, refer business, offer encouragement, and genuinely want to see other professionals succeed, we make the entire industry stronger.

That belief is a huge part of why I said yes to serving as an Industry Advancement Director with CWP Society. The CWP Society has created a community of certified planners and wedding professionals who believe in community over competition. A place where you can learn from one another, grow your business, celebrate milestones, ask questions without fear of judgment, and support each other both in a professional and personal setting.
