Woohoo! Good news from my daughter's injury from dance today! Dr. Lunh note/instructions:
L heel bruise/severs disease. Cleared for Nationals! Next week: 6/10-6/16 class in tennis shoes ONLY. No jumps or tumbling. If that goes well-may try no tennis shoes for week of 6/17. If that goes well, back to jumps, leaps, tumbling towards end of week 6/24. CONTROL REPS!!!

Great news is we're clear for Nationals!

If I have mock ups or proposals to get back to you I'm working on those between appointments and will try to get back soon!
