Meet Angel! She is the director of the Players, this year performing 'The Story Next Door'!
This group is designed for students entering 1st - 3rd grades in the fall, and runs from May 28th to June 14th! Register today!

Angel holds a BA in theatre from Northwestern State University, Louisiana, and a Masters of Elementary Education (emphasis Reading) from Lamar University. She has lovingly taught Theatre Arts in Port Arthur, Beaumont, Nederland and Silsbee. She currently teaches a self contained class of fourth graders at Deqeen Elementary School in Port Arthur where she teaches after school drama.. She started working in children's theatre in Horse Cave Theatre, National Theatre for Children, Artreach Children's Theatre and Stage First of Cincinnati. She has been in productions on stage at BCP, Act One Scene One, and PALT.

We had a great time with Animal Care on Friday! They brought by 3 adorable puppies named after Wizard of Oz characters! Bryan Buzbee, playing Scarecrow, is seen holding...Scarecrow! Jordan Hasleden is seen with BAC staff holding Munchkin. Thank you BAC for hanging out with us! They will be back on Saturday May 18th for the evening sold out performance of The Wizard of Oz.

What: Please come prepared to move and lift. Comfortable clothing, including close-toed shoes, are required - flip flops, sandals, or crocs are not acceptable for these tasks.

First Christian Church, Beaumont, Texas will be holding a Celebration of Life for the beloved Mike Rodgers this Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 10:30am with a reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall.

We are so grateful to have had Mike in our organization and his thumbprint - kindness, humor, and hard work - is all over the theatre. We hope to see many of you there.

Join us for a Celebration of Life for our beloved Mike Rodgers, held at First Christian Church of Beaumont, this Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 10:30am with a reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall. Feel free to share this information as we know there are many who loved this wonderful man.

Meet the cast of Grand Horizons!
Janice Pattillo as Carla

Janice made her stage debut in 2011 at Silsbee Little Theater and has loved theater ever since. She was part of the founding group of "LIFT," a kid's summer theater company that performed her original scripts of "Dastardly Dan and the Blimey Buccaneers". She has had a few parts in area theaters, but this is her first opportunity to be in a production at BCP. She first did costumes in 2014 and has been costuming at BCP for the past few years. She is thrilled to be part of this wonderful ensemble cast of "Grand Horizons.”
