I have some really difficult news to share… unfortunately the venue portion of my business has to close March 1 2025. Despite everyone’s best efforts to keep it running, the building itself is not capable right now to host anyone’s special events.

However, Poppin Balloons Event planning and decorating is still in business. I most certainly can still help plan your events at other venue locations. I will also help my clients find new venues to best fit their occasions.

Of course I’m extremely distraught over it. I poured my literal heart and soul into my venue. I loved being able to help local businesses and friends to have a space to host. My kids and I were there more than we were at home. I had a lot of trying times there but I always persevered.

I 100% believe God placed 1697 in my hands and I truly believe he took it as well. He knows the plans he has for us, plans to prosper and not harm us. I do hope one day I can have a venue again. 🎈🎉

I have thoroughly enjoyed decorating for Alyssa over these last few years. I’ve known her since she was about 10, coming to jean Ann’s with her mama while I worked there, she would help me around the store and she was my little bestie. I love her and her mama, they are always supporting me and cheering me on from the sidelines. 🤍

So proud of you Alyssa & the wonderful person you are! Just because that title retired doesn’t mean all the good deeds you do will, and that’s just Alyssa 🤍
