Asian Meatballs
You can enjoy these meatballs as an appetizer or add some rice and enjoy it as a meal!!
Meatballs:
1lbs ground chicken
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon of ground ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped scallions
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Mix well together
Form small meatballs
Place on a baking sheet
Cook at 400f for 15 minutes
Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons of rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup of honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 table Asian sweet chil sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 greater fresh ginger
Slurry
1 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon corn starch
