The vibes at the mansion today are absolutely peaceful! We are so close to finishing our complete remodel of over 7,800 square feet of the Mansion! Here’s a sneak peak of our laundry room which feels like a day off!

Renovations and glow up continue on the The Mansion at Old Gin! We have been they over 150 gallons of paint and still have more to go! We are also seeing our deer population increase every bag of feed we put out! Get ready to visit us in 2023! Another busy week of renovation The Mansion at Old Gin with RTS Decorative Concrete & Construction! More Gorgeous lights installed all over the mansion, more carpet tore out of our huge basement and beautiful tile steps being created leadin toward our wellness room! We cannot wait for our guests to see our finished project in 2023 but for now please enjoy our forward progress!

RTS Decorative Concrete & Construction has absolutely knocked another project off at the mansion! We are thrilled to have an absolutely gorgeous laundry room. The tile, the grout and the wall colors just make me blush! If you are needing Remodiling services please call them but give us a couple more weeks having their services before you call!

We are very excited to have the start of our “healing vibes” moved into The Mansion at Old Gin! Please check out Beyond Limits and we are very excited to partner next year working on wellness retreats at the mansion! We will be offering these wellness services to our wedding or corporate retreat guests also!

Look at our “wellness” room getting a makeover! We are very excited to be offering a wellness area in the mansion during your stay/event that will have a tanning bed, dry sauna, massage tables with in-house massage therapist and an infrared laser light system! Although we will not be allowing hunting at The Mansion at Old Gin we are very excited to start our deer population project. We have 80 acres that will be a small refuge for our wild population and we hope the deer will grace our grounds next year with limited fear.
This is the first night outta feeders were working so with our girls on camera we see lots of promise!

Thank you to Freyaldenhoven Heating and Air in Conway for taking us to the next level with heating/cooling at the mansion!
This great group just installed 3 new massive units in the Mansion and we are freezing! Our old units were over 25 years old and would not be able to keep our guests comfortable in 2023 so out with the old!
We cannot be more excited for the new units and will be lifetime customers!
