When you venture to BC Blooms look for the pots of herbs. If you are like me and you have lots of tomatoes, a perfect pairing for them is basil. Also the fresh oregano can be added to your sauces. If you want to freshen up your iced tea, I recommend trying the Moroccan mint as well. .

The field has been planted and it is beginning to show its beautiful colors. The excitement is building… I just can’t wait for it to be in full bloom. For those who have been asking and are curious as to when the garden will be ready for picking, I am hoping that by the week of July 22 the zinnias and the sunflowers will be at their best. The weather is just not cooperating.
