One of our favorite things….Orange Blossoms! Happy National Orange Blossoms Day! I for one loved traveling through Central Florida in the Spring months… fragrance like perfumes of the old days.

During the Summer months we enjoy using tons of citrus varieties. Our friends in Florida grow Valencia Oranges famous for their sun kissed flavors. Kumquats also make for a wonderful accompaniment as a jam to a charcuterie board during those summer picnics.
