It is with much sadness that Maria and I announce that our dream will not be realized. We felt that our calling was to take care of the elderly. But, god must have other plans. In the process of trying to open a Class B Residential Care Home, the state has run us out of time and money to complete the facility improvements to pass inspection to qualify to accept insurance. As a result, the facility is for sale. It is 6300 sq feet, 8 bedroom, 6 bath brick construction, the walls are poured concrete 4 feet into the ground. no shift or stress cracking here. Further, it is 99% complete for inspection. we will be available for viewing almost anytime. Please call Richard Rabe for further sales information. I will be available anytime for questions concerning the completion of the licensure and inspection process. As a last resort to save our dream, we temporarily opened a card club that was growing. But the COVID 19 Dem-panic has driven the final nail into the coffin.
The facility can be used for any number of functions such as doctor's office, lawyer's office, business or oilfield field offices, oilfield housing, etc.
Again, we are saddened by the turn of events. Hopefully god will lead us in the future to find our purpose and calling.
