We’ve had a busy weekend!

Rehearsal dinner on Friday evening - mac n cheese topped with brisket and blueberry BBQ sauce!

Brisket and potato casserole with all the trimmings last night for 650 at the Republican Roundup. Thanks to Bee County 4H and SMACS 4-H for the extra hands!
