Come work with what the guy who set up our system called “The Ferrari of Dishwashers”! We’re looking for someone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from early June through late October to help out with van unloads and dishwashing. $20 per hour, a tasty lunch, and all the cake scraps you can eat. Cheese! 🧀 We love to feature a well rounded variety of cheeses from different provenances made with different milks on our stationary boards. Here we have Dill Farmer's Cheese from , Brillat Savarin from France, Marinated Goat Feta from Meredith Dairy, Manchego Semi-Curado from Spain, and Buttermilk Blue from Wisconsin peeking in on the right. Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri, Radicchio, and Crispy Parsnips! This is one of our most ordered menu items and has gone through several iterations in terms of finishing touches. I love where we have finally landed in terms of flavor, texture, and presentation. The kitchen team might have other feelings based on the massive amount of parsnips we have to delicately shave with a vegetable peeler every week. 😂⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
