Please also remember that as the crew is at NAMM, responses will be far slower than usual. McKayla will be back in the office Tuesday, and Brian and Michelle come back from ISE in Barcelona Spain on February 5th .

Wow! One reason we love NAMM so much is getting to see the new toys! The first three pictures are a lighting case that will make your life infinitely easier when you only have to slide your movers in, rather than lifting them into the case! The fourth picture is another of ProX Live Performance Gear’s newest products! This piece has sold out multiple times since it was released at the end of 2023. Seeing it in person, we can certainly see why!

Hello everyone! Our home office is iced under, only Mckayla and Patrick were able to make it in to the office. Please have a patience with them today as they keep everything running by themselves. Michelle and Brian will be working from home in a limited capacity due to the ice.

As a side note, Michelle, Brian, and Mckayla will be going to NAMM on Wednesday/ Please again have patience with them and our home crew we're leaving behind as we juggle NAMM alongside our usual responsibilities.

I would like to thank all of our vendors and customers for coming out to the 2023 MBH Solutions Christmas Party! Thank you all for the support you have shown us. We greatly appreciate every one of you. We could not do what we do without the customers we have and the team work of MBH and our vendors. Hoping everyone will have a wonderful and successful 2024.

Today is Brian Hance and Michelle Laskowski-Hance's 20th anniversary! To celebrate their anniversary, they will be taking a much deserved and very needed vacation. They will be gone from October 28th to November 7th.

We are so very grateful for everything they do for the company and for the employees. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people we've had the privilege of encountering. With that said, please wish them a very happy 20th anniversary!

Just so everyone is aware, MBH Solutions will be closing at 12pm on Friday, October 13th, so that employees may attend the funeral. McKayla will only be in the office until 11am that day so that she can assist with the preparations. If you need anything after that time, please be aware it will not be seen until Monday. We thank you for your understanding in this difficult time.

For the visitation and funeral of MBH’s first solder tech Berry Hance (AKA Brian’s dad). Visitation will be held on 10/13 from 12:00-3:00 at Belle Community Center.
Service begins at 3:00. We will be having graveside following the service at Macedonia Cemetery. Dinner will be hosted by TOP (Tabernacle Of Praise) in Rolla following graveside service.

Please bear with us in the coming week. Brian's father, Berry Hance, passed on to be with Jesus at 12:01AM on Tuesday, October 10th. While he is in a better place and no longer suffering, those left behind still mourn his loss. Brian and Michelle will be out of the office until Monday, October 16th. We are having phone issues presently. We are hoping they will be resolved in a day or two, based on what CenturyLink said, but it would be up to a week.

For those with AVL related inquiries, please email McKayla. If you do not have her email. send us a message and we'll get it over to you.

For those with UPS/FedEx drop off questions, yes, we are still a drop off and can accept your packages. The only ones we cannot accept are Amazon returns that have you scan the QR code. Those you must take to a UPS store, of which the nearest is in Rolla at the strip mall beside Penney's (Same strip as Drury University).

The DUANE team is incredibly saddened to inform you of Duane Tabinski’s passing earlier today. He was busy doing what he loved, providing a top-of-the-line audio experience for the enjoyment of others. A very giving and caring soul, Duane will be missed. We will post more details as they become available.

Duane was a long time customer and friend of the team. You could not ask for a harder worker, a better friend, or more honest person.
