We took a little break to get some new recipes built up and prepare for a solid 2022! But we’re back now! Taking orders for my take on a Chile relleno.

Poblano stuffed with seasoned pulled chicken & Monterrey Jack cheese wrapped in bacon and smoked for three hours.

Cilantro Pineapple Slaw

Roasted jalapeño corn cake.

These plates will be available March 26/27 for $18 a plate.

I’ll also take family sized orders.

We hope you all had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving season!! This year for Christmas we’ll be doing something a little different along with our usual catering… gift baskets!

Gift baskets can include:

Infused olive oils (garlic, rosemary, basil, chili, and more!)
Infused vinegars (fruit flavors, garlic, onion, herbs)
Pickles
In house Smoked Cheese (cheddar, Gouda, mozzarella)
House made beef or Turkey jerky
Mini loaves of your favorite breads (artisan & sweet)
Cookies (iced sugar will be available)
