Harry Matt Swank is a man of many names. His dependability and amiable attitude have earned him many loyal customers over the years. We’re just never quite sure what they might call him!

When asked to name a favorite aspect of his job, Swank says, “I just love signs.” And he truly does. He began hand lettering signs when he was about 17 years old, taking on side jobs as often as he could. Matt started with Townhall Sports in 2012 and stayed on to join our team when we merged in 2022. He is always moving, ready to jump in and lend a hand. He knows what needs to be done and makes it happen.

Some of Harry’s favorite projects include stock cars, mini bikes, and boats - we’ll let you decide if he’s working on them or riding in them. Our money is on both. And if the weather is nice, you’re likely to find him cracking a cold one down at Lake of Egypt.

Beyond the Ink-
Peyton is a behind the scenes ninja. Seriously - we’ve never met anyone quieter. Don’t let her demure nature fool you, though. Peyton has our Receiving Department running like a well oiled machine and still finds time to take on countless design projects for other departments. This dedicated lady drives 45 minutes both ways, yet is one of the first to arrive every morning. We consider ourselves very lucky our friends at Full Throttle sent her résumé our way!

When she’s not at work or on the road, Peyton is finishing up her degree in Art and Design. She draws inspiration from nature and in 2020, was awarded Grand Prize in Duck Tape’s Stuck at Prom duct tape competition! Her Pandemic Prom Dress design included 41 rolls of duct tape and was featured by CNN, ABC, Today, and Australian magazine Textile Fibre Forum, among others!

Peyton loves hiking and painting, would like to delve into UX Design, and is one of two United Ink employees with a twin. Can you guess the other?

Beyond the Ink-
If you don’t already know Joe, you’ve likely never been in the same room as him. Extrovert with a capital E and self-appointed head of the Party Planning Committee, Joe is the driving force behind all of our company festivities. He personally ensures every birthday is celebrated, every work week is recognized, and every month includes a company luncheon. It’s impossible to work for Joe and not feel appreciated.

Outside of work, Joe can usually be found hanging out in his garage with buddies. Which is exactly what he was doing when he and Matt Morgan decided to try their hand at creating bar top tables. They quickly turned a hobby into a business, launching Custom Bartop Tables in 2013.

Joe loves live music, a good jump scare, and under absolutely no circumstances will he have anything to do with cinnamon.

As we wrap up another year, we want to THANK YOU. This has been a year full of hard work, growth, and a lot of wins — and it’s all because of you.

We’ve had our share of challenges, but every step of the way, you’ve shown incredible dedication, creativity, and teamwork. The accomplishments we've made are hard for some to fathom, and to us that is a huge compliment.

This company wouldn’t be what it is without each of you, and we're beyond grateful for all the energy, passion, and effort you put forth. The United Ink family is strong, and seems to get stronger every day.
