Every dish, Every bite, Every time. “Soulful “ (I do not own the rights to this music) Hors d’oeuvres - Blackened Shrimp with Pineapple and Mango Relish Chutney, Crab Cakes and top of wilted Spinach and Pickled Peppers and Carrots followed by a Salad of Butter Lettuce and Red Romaine with pickled and crisp cucumbers, red radish, pickled and crisp assorted peppers, Granny Smith Apples, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries and Heirloom Tomatoes. Entree -Seared Ribeye with Roasted Red Pepper Bourbon Sauce, Scalloped potatoes, Asparagus/ Broccoli. Dessert- Triple Chocolate Layered Cake.
