Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh end of the summer “pawty” is one of our favorite events to flower! Fun, wild design that celebrated HARP’s colorful logo. The event raised over a million dollars to help homeless animals get the care they need and the love they deserve ❤️💙💛💚🤍

We've all been watching the news and feeling so sad for the people of Maui as wildfires wreak havoc on their beautiful island, taking lives, homes, causing injury and pain. Many animals have been burned, lost or had to be left behind in life or death decisions. We wanted to do something to show our support. Our summer wedding and event business have given us the opportunity to donate $350 to Maui Humane Society, who are dealing with a massive influx of animals to care for. Our thoughts and hearts are with Maui, their people, their animals and their beautiful spirit.

Luciana & Skyler are such a special couple to me. They reached out in December after they saw one of my arrangements in Scoops in Bellevue on Christmas Light Up Night. They got married at Assumption Church, which we walk by everyday with our dog, listening to the beautiful church bells. Their reception was at Shannopin Country Club which is a beautiful venue in our town as well. Luci asked for tons of color! We did a cake meadow, a large and lush fireplace installation, modern ikebana arrangements in beautiful handmade ceramic dishes, lots of bud vases, taper candles with glass hurricanes, pillar candles & votives. Such a joy creating for this kind, fun and easy going couple!

Today Jenny of and I dropped off the money raised from the galentine’s day event raffle basket. Thank you to all that donated to the cause! You all raised $785, amazing! 🎉👏 Jenny and I split the remaining amount to round the donation up to $1000. Pittsburgh is my lucky city. In 2018, I drove across the country from California with my dog and my life changed forever. The opportunities that this city has provided me are endless and the feeling of community here is just amazing. People are nice, there’s a small town vibe while still having all the cool things of a big city. I met my wonderful husband here. It feels extra special to be flowering an event for the Steelers today at Acrisure Stadium. Our team is such a quintessential part of our community and I was so honored to be asked to provide my floral design services.
