Hello friends! I am still working on the initial notifications of the main cast. As people accept or decline roles I am adjusting the list. I will have a final cast list soon.

Please let your children know that they are all cast in this show. I have something fun and special for all of them. Thank you for your patience as I move through this process.

Parents! You are troopers! That was a lot of kiddos to see. I appreciate you bringing the kids. I will have a place in the sea for any kids who want to join us. Please know that if your child did not get a call back that does not mean they didn’t do well. I have ideas for many of the roles and the kiddos. ❤️❤️🎭🎭

Cast announcements will be worked through and will be put out here and on other social media in the next couple days. First read through will be on January 15 at 6 pm. That will be mandatory for all kids. I will hand out the final rehearsal schedule then.

Everyone’s favorite practically perfect nanny takes the stage in this Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious musical adventure!

One of the most popular Disney movies of all time is capturing hearts in a whole new way: as a practically perfect musical! Based on the books by P.L. Travers and the classic Walt Disney film, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s MARY POPPINS delighted Broadway audiences with over 2,500 performances and received nominations for nine Olivier and seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

The jack-of-all-trades, Bert, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many magical and memorable adventures, but Jane and Michael aren’t the only ones upon whom she has a profound effect. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that “Anything can happen if you let it.”

MARY POPPINS is directed by Leslie Childers. Darla Brown is Music Director. Caroline Guy serves as Assistant Director and Choreographer. Ivy McElfresh will assist with choreography. It is sponsored by Bellevue Kiwanis and Lions Clubs, and Huron County Community Foundation. It is presented by special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence and psychokinetic powers. She’s unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher Miss Honey. During her first term at school, the two forge a bond as Miss Honey begins to recognize and appreciate Matilda’s extraordinary personality. Matilda’s school life isn’t completely smooth sailing, however — the school’s mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves to punish those who don’t abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils’ saving grace!

Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves.

Featuring memorable songs such as “Just Keep Swimming,” “Fish Are Friends Not Food,” and “Go With the Flow,” FINDING NEMO JR. brings a vibrant underwater world to life on stage in a story full of family, friendship, and adventure.
