Hi friends,

Looking forward to seeing you all tonight for our session at Greene's Corner from 6-8pm. We'll be inside from this point on.

Chairs: Please still use the extra chairs (folding and regular) that are behind the garbage cans for the session. We don't want to take all of the chairs away from the tables for customers of Greene's :)

09/22/2022

Hi friends,

This coming Monday at Greene's will be a special evening. Many of you knew Judy Laub, played music with her, or shared community with her. She was a truly wonderful person who was passionate about her music and art, generous with her time and energy, well-loved by her family and friends, and will be greatly missed in our circle.

From 6-7pm we will have a session inside at Greene's Corner. If you played in sessions with Judy, are there particular tunes you remember playing with her, or tunes you knew she particularly enjoyed? If you don't have those memories, please still feel welcome to come participate and play tunes with everyone.

From 7-8pm, there will be a space set-up for anyone to share a story, remembrance, song, or whatever you would like to share.
Kate, a close friend and past partner of Judy's, is going to organize a slideshow with photos. If there is anything else anyone would like to contribute, please let me know.

Hi friends! I'm feeling a bit under the weather tonight so I won't be at Greene's, but the session is still ON! 6-8pm, no live stream unfortunately. See you next week. 🌷

The Story of Irish & Folk Mondays

Monday evenings in Bellingham there is cider, wine, micro-brews, good food, all being served in a culture of deep listening and frolicking. Come hear and and see the open Irish music session at 6 until 8, then a truly fine acoustic concert at 8:00.

The Concerts are of local, regional, national, and sometimes internationally acclaimed artists who play a wide range of traditional and traditional based music and song.

Summer Mondays are at Boundary Bay Brewery in the beautiful beer garden June through September. Fall, winter, and early spring Mondays are in Greene’s Corner, 2208 James Street, October though May.

November 2019 will commence my sixth year of hosting and curating these wonderful evenings! Please come check it all out, share about this with friends who might love to know about it, and support this community weekly event of culture, fine acoustic music, learning, and connecting!
