How did you meet? 💕We met on Bumble, the dating app, and quickly after matching had our first date at a local Mexican restaurant.

What moment were you most looking forward to on your wedding day? 💒
Groom: Seeing her come down the aisle and seeing her for the first time
Bride: the alone moment right after the ceremony to where it's OFFICIALLY husband and wife

Why did you choose The Legacy on Possum Run? 😍 We loved how it has so many outdoorsy light and airy aspects, yet still inside so that the rain and elements are held at bay. The Stockpile of amazing decor that is open to use, truly makes the decorating and dream wedding come to life seeing so many different options!!

In a few words describe your theme or style for your wedding: ✨ Airy, dreamy, classy

Is there anything else you think future couples will find interesting/helpful about your wedding? ❤️ Both of our families are 8.5 hours away from Ohio, so finding the perfect venue in this area was so critial to make sure all our families had equal driving to meet us here to celebrate with us!

Do you have any advice for future couples? ✨Take time to romanticize the wedding planning process, even the 'boring' parts, find ways to make it romantic and soak in this stage of your relationship

How did you meet? 💕We could tell some elaborate story, but we really just met on Hinge!

Tell us about the proposal:💍 We were on a vacation with friends at the Finger Lakes in upstate New York. Luke proposed at a winery with a beautiful view of the lake, with our friends there to celebrate!

What moment were you most looking forward to on your wedding day? 💒 Seeing each other for the first time as the bride walks down the aisle.

Why did you choose The Legacy on Possum Run? 😍 We toured and looked at a lot of venues, but upon walking into the Legacy on Possum Run, we immediately felt this was the location for us. It is such a unique venue with a lot of character that really fits the fairytale vibe we were going for.

In a few words describe your theme or style for your wedding: ✨Boho/fairytale/fall

Is there anything else you can tell us about your love story? ❤️
We live in New Albany, Ohio with our dog, Radar, and our cat, Athena!

Is there anything else you think future couples will find interesting / helpful about your wedding? ✨ We keep getting asked if we're from the Mansfield/Bellville area, but we are not! I think people assume that most people get married where at least one of the couple is from, but that doesn't have to be an influence! We live in Columbus and picked this venue because it felt right to us, not because of its location.

Do you have any advice for future couples? ✨Ask for the google sheets form with all of the information and questions early; literally a game changer when it comes to keeping everything organized. Thanks so much to Whitney for putting it together, it's a life saver!

I can’t wait to share this couples story with you later. They were a joy to work with, and I’m so happy for them 💍🎊. Robin Smith and James did the coolest, classiest Harry Potter themed wedding I’ve ever seen. Their fun personalities were all over with their decor choices.
