Introducing Chef 👨‍🍳 Chris Davis - "As a lifelong culinarian, I work every day to improve and perfect my craft. Working my way up from a dishwasher at 14 to a kitchen manger at 18, and then to a chef. I have gone through it all including many worldly cuisines, corporate and private owned kitchens, burn and turn to fine dining. I bring a unique way of thinking to the table when it comes to recipes and plating presentations. I try to create classic foods as they were intended to be made. Though I also like to bring new imaginative takes on classic and modern dishes."

🧑‍🍳 LEARN - COOK - EAT 🧑‍🍳

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Heirloom Restaurant for an exciting event! On November 4th, 10 teens from 15-18 years old will have an opportunity to learn how to cook with the Heirloom Culinary Staff and officers from The Belmont Police Department. There are only 10 student spots open so be sure to reserve your tickets soon!

At 6pm guests will be served a Chicken Parmesan Dinner to include a bread, side salad, and a drink (non-alcohol). This dinner will serve as a time to recognize what the students were able to learn during the course and interact with officers over a wonderful meal.

We look forward to seeing you there!
