Less than an hour drive from the suburbs of Chicago, Madison, & Milwaukee. We are open mid-May through mid-October for weddings. We are open for tours all year, but must schedule in advance. OCCI is located in southern Wisconsin, just minutes off the interstate west of Beloit, WI. Less than an hour drive from the suburbs of Chicago, Madison, & Milwaukee. This makes for the perfect weekend retreat. There is a dedicated crafting room with 10 tables and lights. It is located on the main floor with easy access to your vehicle. Enjoy the day exploring the property or antiquing in local communities. In the evening relax at the fire pit. If you are looking for a place to have that special wedding day experience or reception, consider OCCI. Located on a dead end road with a small lake, woods and farm fields, the property offers scenic imagery and exclusivity.
