Dear lovers: let’s talk dried florals. Before you write them off as “too boho” or “old-fashioned,” hear me out.

Dried flowers aren’t second best—they’re next-level. They’ve lived their garden life and come out the other side with a little more texture, a little more depth, and a whole lot of staying power.

They photograph like a dream, hold up through long wedding days (no wilting in sight), and bonus—you get to keep them as a lasting memory long after the cake is gone.

So if you’re after flowers that are effortlessly beautiful, a little unexpected, and totally timeless… dried might just be your floral soulmate.

🌸 Set the vibe, no playlist required. 🌸

This arrangement is proof that flowers do more than sit pretty—they speak. Soft purples, wispy whites, and playful pinks bring the calm, the charm, and a little bit of wild to your space. Whether it’s the entryway of your home or the front of your business, florals like these instantly say: you’re welcome here.

They set the tone before a word is spoken—warm, thoughtful, and a little bit magical.

At Flutter Farms, we don’t just make bouquets—we help you feel something. Ready to set the vibe at your door? Let’s make it happen. 💐

Garden update 🌱

May had us about a week behind—thanks for nothing, weird weather—but the recent heat has kicked things into gear in a big way.

Zinnia buds are finally starting to show up (we missed you, friends), the celosia is starting to stretch like it just remembered it’s summer, and the lemon basil? She’s out here doing the most, scenting the whole field like a citrusy daydream.

New blooms are popping up every day, and it’s finally starting to feel like the field we’ve been waiting for. Stay tuned—it's only going to get better from here.

I’ve been wanting to explore the healing side of plants for years, and I’m finally making time for it. This week I’m diving into the herbal side of things and making my first batch of yarrow oil (aka: plant magic in a jar, hopefully). The salve is next on the list, assuming I don’t get distracted by five other projects.

Bonus find: I also spotted some wild lettuce growing nearby and tried the sap on a bug bite. Not even kidding—it took the itch away almost immediately. Nature’s first aid kit never ceases to amaze me.

That said… friendly reminder: just because a plant is growing all cute and wild doesn’t mean you should start rubbing it all over yourself like nature’s lotion aisle. Do your research, triple-check your plant ID, and maybe don’t rely solely on the advice of that one girl you follow who also talks to her sunflowers.

I may have blacked out and planted approximately 5 million long tassel amaranthus this morning. In red, biscuit, and green, of course—because subtlety is clearly not my thing.

Easily the most dramatic flower I grow, these tassels don’t just show up—they sweep in, steal the spotlight, and leave the garden gasping. Can’t wait to see them dripping from bouquets and from the ceiling, causing a scene in the best way possible.

I love when two businesses collide to make something extra special ✨

This week’s office arrangements got a serious glow-up thanks to . Her handcrafted vessels added just the right touch of warmth and elegance — helping these florals do more than just decorate. They welcome.

Thoughtful design makes a difference, especially in spaces where client experience matters. Grateful to collaborate with creatives like Audrey who help bring that extra layer of intention to the table (or front desk, in this case 😉).

Yesterday, these two beds were filled with grass and clover. Today, they’re freshly prepped and ready for planting. I had been working in another area of the garden, completely focused on my task, when I looked over and saw this—and immediately felt tears well up.

He did this. Quietly. Without being asked. Without complaint.

I asked him the other day if he enjoys being a flower farmer—a role he never exactly signed up for. He smiled and said, “I enjoy watching you and what you do with it.”

To my husband—and to all the dads out there who do what needs to be done (and then some), simply because they love their family: Happy Father’s Day.

Thank you for being the kind of person, Dad, and partner who shows up in a thousand small, powerful ways. We see you. We love you. We’re so grateful for you. 💛
