As a designer, my answer is always going to be yes, frame it.

I enjoy a good frame and the flexibility of the fashion statement. Like earrings on the human, it can dictate mood.

I love this fine colorful piece "Little A'g Park" $135 (frame not included) by Kristen Halozan.

Framing your artwork not only adds to the quality but it highlights the artwork itself. It also can change the personality of the piece. You can turn it into an appropriate kids' room artwork or elevate it to the living room, depending on which style you choose. Many artists finish the sides of their work, but they won't be offended if you put a simple frame around it!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. Belvidere HS Art Dept once again knocked it out of the park, rinsing all the windows and enjoying breakfast from the town diner. Gals love the sunny front window and all like the chocolate samples. Thanks store owner Mike for setting up!!!

Anticipating a wonderful holiday season. Starting with the tree lighting December 7th. We'll have a purple tent out front for residents and skaters. Mushroom coffee and baked goods. The whole weekend is the retail trail. Check the map on Facebook. Then our Holiday Bazaar begins all Dec!!! 9-6pm. Weekend magic. Open mic and sampling. Gifts! Forever art!

Update!!
Our last building is 316 Front Street.
A Simple Christmas: This 1825 brick edifice boasts stunning gas lamps and is recognized on the State and National Historic Registers. Formerly home to clockmaker John Nicholl, it has also operated as a gift shop and bookstore. Following meticulous restoration, the owners eagerly welcome visitors to experience its charm during our Wassail Tour.
