Home of the World Famous Chicken Shack, we welcome you to Bemidji Speedway! We run every Sunday Night at 5:30pm (gates open at 2pm), classes we run weekly are: Mini Stock, Wissota Hornet, Wissota Pure Stock, Wissota Mod 4, Wissota Super Stock, Wissota Midwest Modified (aka BMod) and Wissota Modified. Grandstand Ticket Prices: $14 ages 12-up, $5 ages 6-11, 5 and under are free. Family packs are av

ailable at a cost of $30.00 (2 adults and all children 11 and under). ***Cost may be more for specials***

Pit Entry Fees: Drivers: $30 (if you drive more than 1 car, you pay per car). Remaining pit people are $30 age 10 and up, age 3-9 are $15. ***Specials may be higher***

If you are interested in Season Passes for Grandstands or Pits please contact the page. The season begins on Memorial Day weekend with a 2 day Special ending the regular season the last weekend in August. The season officially wraps up in September with the 2 day Paul Bunyan Stampede!

Bemidji Speedway sends out our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Jake Crabb who passed away this weekend.
Jake was our DJ for our pre party stampedes, our banquet and was also a sponsor of Brooke Vernlund, Megan Vernlund, Brandon Bahr, Kevin Bahr, Jayden Bahr and Ashton Schwinn with his business Jigs by Jake. As well Jake was previously a racer at Bemidji Speedway.
We will truly miss seeing him around Bemidji Speedway! 💕

It’s Race Day at Bemidji Speedway! We have multiple things going on tonight:
- Young Guns Night
- Unified Special Olympics Night
- Michael Fullerton 500

We will start the night off with introducing all of our drivers under of the age of 20 before the start of the races!
Lots of great heat races to follow!
Intermission will bring The Michael Fullerton 500 race and the introduction of all of the Unified Special Olympics Athletes.

With many questions about the Hall of Fame....let's talk about it.
The Bemidji Speedway Hall of Fame was first started in the Winter of 2022 where we inducted 6 people into the Hall of Fame during the end of season banquet. With that, this makes the Class of 2024 only the 3rd group of people that will be inducted. We know that there are many who deserve to be included in the Bemidji Speedway Hall of Fame but not everybody can be put in it at the same time. Please do not think that we are skipping out on including people. There are a few people who have worked together to make the choices and are looking at not only drivers but pit crew members, track workers, fans etc. The Hall of Fame induction is not just a one time thing, every year we will be inducting 8 people into the Hall of Fame.

Congratulations to our second winner of a Family Pack of tickets for one day of the Chicken Shack Nationals, Heather Anne!

We are also happy to say that our transponder system has been installed - if you see them flat spot there across the track from the flag stand to Victory Lane! Remember that transponders are required for all classes now except for the Mini Stocks, if you don’t already have one please make sure to get one. Track work will hopefully be happening this weekend/next week! Right in time for Test & Tune which will be held next Saturday May 21st from 1-6pm.

Let’s countdown some of the best moments at Bemidji Speedway from the 2021 season (in no particular order, we will post different ones each day) 1. Adult Boxcar Racing - we wanted to have some fun and include adults so we did our Kids Boxcar races and then we let the adults do their own race. Needless to say it was a huge hit with the crowd with two of our Pure Stock drivers fighting it out for the win 😂 Who wants to see this back next year?!

Each week we have been recognizing people who work for the track/do something for our track this week we are recognizing someone who just started singing our National Anthem for us this summer. Serena Caspers, daughter of driver Dusty Caspers has done a fabulous job this summer for us. We are grateful to have someone sing the anthem for us!

Wissota 100 Parade of Champions, a few Bemidji drivers made the Big Shows tonight!!
