This is our final weekend. We will miss you all. ❤️

To our incredible community and cherished customers,

After much reflection, we have made the bittersweet decision to close our food truck at the end of December.
This chapter of serving you delicious meals on wheels has been nothing short of amazing. Your smiles, kind words, and loyal support have meant the world to us, and we are forever grateful for the memories we’ve created together.
This decision comes from a desire to focus more on what matters most: our family and growing our catering business. We’re excited to dedicate ourselves to providing even more personalized experiences for your special events, while also creating more time to cherish moments with our loved ones.
Thank you for welcoming us into your lives and sharing your love of great food. This is not a goodbye, but a heartfelt shift toward serving you in new and meaningful ways.

Do you want to make a red sauce that people rave about?
This is how the God of Pizza! makes one of its flavorful, uncomplicated red sauces. It's easy with no cooking required. This red sauce has rich and bright tomato flavor. It's perfect as a dip for breadsticks, pasta sauce or for pizza.
Ingredients:
28 oz can of imported Italian whole or crushed tomatoes
1 garlic clove (mashed)
2 basil leaves (cut into ribbons, then diced)
1 Tbsp EVOO
1/2 Tsp fine kosher or sea salt (not table salt!)
1/2 Tsp dried oregano
Preparation:
Put all of your ingredients into a large bowl and moosh with you hands or a masher. You can also use a food processor but that’s not as much fun and will mix to much air into your sauce. Moosh the tomatoes and ingredients until well combined and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then mix again with a large spoon.
This recipe makes about 3 cups of sauce and stays good in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
