Coming out of this show I’m happy with what I brought to stage. There’s not one missed meal or cardio session , not a single off plan meal for 18 weeks. 50+ hours at work a week working on my days off with starving to be the best athlete I can be. Thankyou to every person who guided me and gave me support in such life consuming sport.

The one takeaway from my first show, is gratitude beyond words for my coach . She has shown up for me when I could barely show up for myself. Quitting when life threw me hurdles was not an option. Her unwavering belief in me kept me determined to keep showing up for myself. I didn’t expect to place at this show, it was more of a stepping stone to use as experience to be prepared for my next one. Placing for me just means i did right by my coach and will continue to work my ass off to make her proud. ❤️🔥
Alongside my coach, I am so grateful for the strong, fearless, determined women who I have met in this process.

This was my first show. I gave it everything I had and encountered more hurdles along the way and even into show day than I could have ever expected. I am proud of how I showed up for myself and stuck with it even when it seemed impossible. I have never been so genuinely happy and proud of myself. I entered this world of competing unsure if this was the place for me, and now it’s all I want. The discipline and purpose this has given me is something I didn’t know I needed. I have 4 weeks til my next show and will come back even better 🤘

What an experience. 14 weeks of dieting and training to the extreme for this one moment. This is by far the best look I’ve had. Weighed in at 174.4 the night before the show. I want to thank all of the people who helped me through this prep starting with my family for their amazing support of cooking and checking in with me. Also for always pushing me in the gym and helping me be my best. I cannot thank enough for doing the same, but also being there to take pictures and capture some amazing moments. And shoutout to my amazing girlfriend for her overall support and making some delicious pre-show cookies😋. Lastly I would like to thank everyone that made this show happen including the judges. I did get to meet some great people while I was there.
I will be back on stage after a few year offseason pushing a lot more weight before stepping back on.

3rd place in open! My last three shows I placed 4th, and the curse is finally broken.
Bodybuilding is such a fun way to challenge myself mentally and physically. I brought a package 2lbs leaner and with more carbs, it was my best look yet. I’m so grateful for a healthy body that is able to do everything I ask of it. I love getting tanned and glammed up, one of my fav parts of it all!
My 2024 season comes to an end at the Cascadian Classic. Can’t wait to kill this reverse phase and maintain my year round lean physique 🥳😊🩵

I’m not even sure to where to start!
This last weekend was amazing, and I honestly couldn’t be more proud of myself for the improvements I’ve made not just physically but mentally over the last year. That for me is the biggest win.

Last Friday, I spontaneously dove into the Classic and boy, was it a blast! Huge shout out to my kids, keigan and Hudson. They have been in the trenches with me as I have taken on this sport head first. They have seen the highs, lows, the good, bad and the ugly. Them seeing me on stage completely filled my heart with pride that they finally got to see what this entire world is all about and what it means to me. It’s been a huge sacrifice for all of us for me to be here and I am incredibly grateful. This show has taken 1st place as my most favorite I’ve ever done because they were in the stands cheering me on.
Thank you isn’t even enough to say to my rockstar coach, , whose coaching skills are out of this world!
Major shoutout to for my lucky purple suit that has brought me three wins already. Fingers crossed for more luck with the new one!
