DELIVERY DRIVER/ TEAM MEMBER
Part-Time
Jump Jump and Away, is a party rental business based in Benicia, CA. Our company is looking for the newest addition to onboard our awesome 2025 team! We take pride in providing excellent customer service that brings joy and excitement to our customers. We're looking for a dedicated and hardworking team member to join our growing company. This job has many rewards but does require hard physical labor.
We are seeking multiple Delivery Drivers (25 years old+) and Team Members (18 years old +) who are dedicated, punctual, respectable individuals. You must be energetic, self-motivated, friendly and have a strong interpersonal skill. Come join us to create unforgettable memories.
Responsibilities
1. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
2. Load, deliver and set up, and break down rental equipment such as tables, chairs, canopy tents, inflatable bounce houses, etc.
3. Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure they are clean, safe and in good working conditions.
4. You will be responsible for ensuring all safety and operating instructions for the equipment is fully reviewed with the customer.
5. When transporting and delivering equipment, items must be tied down, stored according to procedures and protected and treated with care.
6. Communication with clients and supervisors; providing real time updates, collecting payment information and interacting during set up and teardowns.
7. Must be able to address and adjust to any on site challenges that arise.
8. Clean, organize, inventory equipment and accessories as needed.
9. Follow all safety protocols and company policies during events and daily task.
10. Delivery Driver must be 25 years of age, have a clean driving record and must be comfortable driving a truck and operating a liftgate.
Qualifications:
• Ability to be punctual, on time at home base location and delivery site location.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100 lbs.).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to handle pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license (for driving company vehicles).
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Schedule
• Part-time (Thursday-Monday, Daytime and Evening)
• Weekdays (Flexible Hours)
• Weekends (REQUIRED during peak season)
Compensation
• Driver starting at 23.00 plus tips
• Team Member helper starting at 18.50 plus tips
