“This year makes year five for me, but this business has been here for 55 years. I’m the third owner. I've been a kindergarten teacher, and then I owned a restaurant. I was retired, and the previous owner, a good friend of mine, was looking for someone to take over. We started talking, and the next thing I knew, here I was. I did deliveries at a florist when I was younger, but now I handle the business side. I do all the buying and organizing, and I have a great team of people who do a wonderful job of designing items. Every day is different. You never know what you’re going to walk into, but I love that we make people happy. We get to brighten up their day and give them a little bit of sunshine.”

Emmie and her staff work tirelessly to create beautiful arrangements for any occasion. They also offer delivery services!

The Ivy Shop is located at 219 East Main Street in Bennettsville. The shop's hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
