I am excited to announce that Balloons by Julia is rebranding into Julia’s Balloon & Party Studio! When I first started, I was dedicated to mastering balloon decor and large balloon displays. Beautiful balloon displays will always be a part of my business, but I have also discovered a love for the smaller details that make every celebration special. I believe that a celebration is not complete without your personal touch! Julia’s Balloon & Party Studio will now offer custom party decor of all kinds, including cake toppers, signs, favors, centerpieces, paper confetti, labels, newspapers, invitations, personal gifts, holiday gifts and more!
