The Ballroom at I Street is an event venue that opened November 2016. The Ballroom is a grand white room with 16 ft ceilings, chandeliers and space to hold up to 300 seated guests. The grounds of the venue also include a 1930's colonial home that has been renovated into a B&B that includes a large bridal dressing room, brunch/shower room that seats 10-20, grooms lounge, 2 B&B rooms, coffee bar as
