AND the best part is: My pricing is actually affordable for small business owners (aka: you) because I’m building my business to be the complete OPPOSITE of all the big social media agencies that overcharge/under-deliver.

This NEW idea is for those of you who want to be more visible (and GROW your Instagram reach), but you don’t want to have to film/edit your Reels yourself. You know you “need” to post Reels every week to grow + market on IG, but you don’t want to! Which is exactly why you can outsource them to me 🖤✨

Reels can be booked as either a monthly/quarterly retainer OR you can start with a one-off package so that you can see if this is a good fit for you first! 🔥

AND you can work with me on your Reels in 3 different ways:

1) VIRTUAL — Send me the raw footage of yourself talking into your camera, living your day to day, etc. and I’ll take care of ALL the culling, editing, and production magic that’ll optimize the video content for IG!

2) IN-PERSON — I can travel to you and do all the filming AND then all the Reel editing after! By outsourcing the production from beginning to end, this means you’ll never have to leave your zone of genius!

3) PRODUCT STUDIO — If you sell physical products (skincare, jewelry, books, home goods, food & bev, wellness, etc.) then all you have to do is mail your products to me and I create the magic from there.

I will not welcome people to the table who are committed to your oppression, inequity, or harm. I’ve been hiding behind my camera on this account. I’ve dug down and done some of the deepest inner work of my life over the past two years, and I haven’t known how to truly show up as this new version of me in my work and in the story of me and this business. So much of who I was has been stripped away, and at the same time, so much of who I was has been brought to the forefront where she belonged. The blending of past selves with current/future ones is an alchemy that I’m excited to witness and live out. But for a while it felt unsafe to show up when I felt like I was so sensitive the wind would burn my skin.

But I literally teach visibility practices and equip entrepreneurs with the content they need to be visible. I know what I need to do, and I feel like I’ve landed on a way to do it in this space that feels creative, honest, and grounded in peaceful and sustainable processes.

You deserve to be seen and supported, and so do I.

And that’s a wrap on 2023 wedding season 🖤✨

My season started earlier than usual, so Saturday was my last one for the year! And when I say it ended on a high note, I mean it was the perfect way to begin the months of focused editing as I wind down to the holidays and new year.

The past year has been a wild and weird one personally. But showing up to document your love, your life, your stories is always the balm I need.

There is someone, scrolling their phone with a heart and mind that’s searching.

For one person to share one story that lets them know there’s someone out there that “gets it.” Someone else feels the way they feel, loves what they love, has been on the path they find themselves on now.

Imagine if you kept yourself so small they couldn’t see you because you were afraid of being too much or not enough?

Imagine if you’d burnt yourself out trying to play the algorithm game and you’re not showing up at all anymore?

Or better yet, imagine that your here. You’re showing up consistently, you’re showing up honestly, you’re showing up clearly and shining bright, like a sign or a porch light welcoming your people in.

Imagine the mutual magic when they find you.

Imagine standing in that power? Because, friend, you’ve got so much of it. And I’m ready to hold up the mirror to help you see it through sustainable, intentional, empathetic strategy.

When you try to show up here?
When you take a deep breath, shoulders back, and try to tell your story-hoping your voice is loud enough?

Whose voice do you hear? Do you hear the words of this world screaming at you all of the ways you are too much or not enough (or somehow both at the same time)? Do you hear the voices from your past convincing you that you'll never be anything? That you don't matter, so neither does what you have to say or share with the world?

Or do you hear us? The ones that see the magic that is you-all of you. Your "too much" and "not enough" are exactly what we need to balance out our own selves. Our world is bigger and brighter and more vibrant because of what only you bring to it. Your story deserves open hands, open eyes, open hearts to bear witness to it and we're honored to do that.

Do you hear them? The people who don't even know you yet, but who are desperate for what you bring to this world through your life, your business, your presence. The people who think they're the only ones who carry what they carry until you show them the strength you've honed under your own baggage. The people who are secretly hoping for a moment of scrolling on these silly little apps to serve a bigger purpose and remind them they're not alone-and your story would do just that.

I wish it was as easy as ignoring the voices telling you to stay small. But maybe our voices can help you feel safe. Deep breath, shoulders back, and tell your story-we'll hear it no matter how your voice shakes.

Let them be there 🖤✨

Friend, you don't have to tough it out alone. You don't have to carry yourself, your dreams, your health, your business, your life on your own.

I've been so convinced my lot in life is lone wolf. My default is to sit in loneliness, convinced it's not worth "bothering anybody". Even more, I convinced myself that the only way to get where I want to go was to do it on my own.

But in this intense season of healing, I've gathered around me a mental and physical health support team and a few other precious cheerleaders, permission givers, and sounding boards. I still get stuck in my loneliness, but the moments feel so much more bearable knowing there is a specific list of people bearing witness to my journey and cheering me on.

We all deserve to have people in our corner, bearing witness to our story. YOU deserve that. Don't let this world tell you that your people aren't worth the vulnerability to let them be there for you.

And when it comes to your story? Know I'm here, seeing you and your magic and always cheering you on. ✨

The face of someone who danced and cried her way through Beyoncé on Monday.

I’m a hardcore, indie, sad girls with guitar music person, usually driving through life listening to screams screams. But Queen B is the outlier, and she’s everything to me.

She stands in all her power: be it from her softness or her strength, her love, or her rage (or the alchemy that is letting all of it be at once)
She’s a boundary queen and she knows how she is to be treated.
She doesn’t hide her power under false humility-she’s successful, beautiful, talented, and she KNOWS it. But she’s gracious, too.

She’s turned her story in to her strength and her art and we all deserve that chance, too.

She is embodied and free and nuanced and complex and that’s everything I aspire to be.

Here’s to your power, your strength, your boundaries, and your story. I hope you know it’s everything to those of us you let witness it 🖤✨

I don't have enough skin for all the tattoos I want.
There are so many books I won't get to read.
There's not enough time to see the entire world.
I will never have enough moments with my love.

The conversations can never go too deep or too long.

The music can never be loud enough-and neither can your laughter.

There's never enough time to tell all the stories you hold.

There's too much magic and not enough people who believe in it.

I don't have the capacity to care about vanity metrics and should. I'm too busy trying to stay unsatiated and hungry for life.

The other day, as I was explaining to someone my editing process, they looked at me and said "oh, so you protect them," and I had to take a minute because it made me feel so emotional. Someone put to words the part of my job that I take most seriously-holding a safe space.

Whether I show up with my camera or to work on your storytelling strategy through my NEON process, you have invited me in to something sacred: you. Your story, your life, your love, your families, your hopes and dreams. And it's my job to be a witness to it, to be a conduit for it to flow out in to the world, and to keep it safe so it can find the right people and be perceived in a way that feels right and honest for you.

I think I'm more than a storyteller. It feels more magical, mythical, and sacred than that. I'm a story-keeper.
