OK so let’s dissect this.. this is a simple, vegan sandwich I do for myself and something you can also try even if you’re not vegan. It’s delicious.! De
Recipe:
roasted pepper, hummus
Smashed avocado (seasoned)
Lettuce
tomatoes (salt, pepper)
Alfalfa sprouts
Cucumbers
Sourdough bread (toasted)

so obviously, you can use whatever bread you want. You can also switch up the flavor on the hummus that’s just what I had on hand and needed to make a hummus quickly! let me know in the comments if you guys try it!

Hey guys!! so I know I’ve been gone for a little while.. but I’m back and with some new items that I am excited for you guys to try!! Welcome everyone!! I am Chef Kellz! We at Kellz kitchen want to welcome you to our new page! We are a new from scratch kitchen based on the west side of Cleveland. We cater events of all sizes!
