Lodging includes everything from primitive campsites to treehouses, yurts, vintage campers, and more! Group camping is a popular option and lodging is included with our Glamping Package for weddings. We have a stage and large, covered pavilion. The farm's bath house is open from April through October and features 4 flush toilets and 2 solar-heated showers. There is also a solar-powered event facility equipped with a telephone and kitchen appliances that are available for guests to use. When available, we stock the fridge with our farm-fresh eggs and produce. The farm has a steep and rugged 1.5 mile hiking trail, but we’re also just 8 miles from the Berea Pinnacles. If you’re interested in paddling Owsley Fork Reservoir, our friends down the road at Get Outside Ky rent canoes and kayaks. We are only 20 minutes from Berea, the Arts & Crafts Capital of Ky., where you can usually find workshops and demonstrations of all kinds. We do not have tv, internet, or cell reception. There are as many stars as there are bugs so come prepared for both, but we ask that you leave your pets at home. This compact camper (12-foot interior) was produced for 1 year and only around a thousand exist (to the best of my knowledge).

Modeled after the 1960s Shasta AirFlyte, this retro throwback is reminiscent of those shagadelic Austin Powers vibes with the modern amenities of hot water, fridge, microwave, heat/AC, and a wet bath (s**t while you shower).

There are a few cosmetic anomalies as you can expect from a 15 year old trailer, but it's ready to use. We have used it as an Airbnb rental on our farm for the last 3 years so it doesn't have the wear and tear of being driven all over creation. The bathroom stayed locked and unused the entire time. Tires seem to be in good condition.

On Friday evening, we got the honor of hosting the Red Lick Volunteer Fire Department and their families for their annual holiday gathering and award ceremony.

Luckily, we designed the furniture in the kitchen to easily be rearranged and expanded to accommodate a variety of needs and it was a fun puzzle to figure out how to create enough space for a 50-person potluck. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to curate your special event! It was a joy to have so many friends and neighbors share this time together.

is often underrated, but it's THE BEST time to locate new trails (we're currently clearing at least 3 more) and catch site of vistas unforeseen during the lush overgrowth of summer. You can see the valley, the reservoir, and the cliff line along our 1.5 mile loop trail. There's also no bugs, no snakes, and no sweat. The only thing better than regular winter is getting snowed in with a cozy fire, tea or hot chocolate, and a really good book.

Abi's Arboreal Abode & Hammock Haven was the first listing we put on Airbnb in 2016. This cozy treehouse-yurt overlooks the creek, can sleep up to 4 guests, has electric, a nearby outhouse, and neighboring campsites for friends. All guests of HomeGrown HideAways have access to our beautiful Community Farmhouse which features a chef-inspired kitchen, library/game room, and coin-op laundry. Hurricane Helene took a break long enough for our #wedding party to enjoy a rehearsal dinner and bonfire last night. The ceremony had to get moved from out in the forest to under the Pavilion so we're all set up for today's festivities, rain or shine. Our hearts go out to all those experiencing such devastating loss this weekend. We'll raise an extra toast to everyone's safety and all the work that lies ahead to recover.

We can't promise you'll stay 100% dry if a rainstorm pops up, but the bimini is a pretty great umbrella and we have an enclosure for the back as well.
