We had a lovely time hosting and catering a 50th anniversary for the Gagne Family on Saturday, August 10. For cocktail hour we served a cheese & cracker display, fresh vegetables & dip, peel & eat jumbo shrimp, vegetable stuffed mushroom caps, maple polish sausage, and a fresh fruit display with lemon & vanilla dip. For dinner we served our House Premium Buffet, consisting of tossed garden salad with an assortment of dressings & toppings, dinner rolls & butter, sautéed veggie medley, garlic and herb steamed broccoli, garlic mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes, chicken cordon blue, and sautéed steak tips.

On Saturday, August 10, we had the pleasure of catering the Lees Reception at 100 Acre Wood in Intervale, NH. This is one of our favorite new venues to cater at, with one of the best view of the Mount Washington Valley. We served a plated meal to guests, with a choice of baked, stuffed chicken with gravy, sirloin roast with au jus, or vegetarian lasagna. This was a wonderful event with such a sweet couple- we wish them all the best!

We hope everyone had a lovely Labor Day weekend. We were busy having fun catering 5 events over the 4 day weekend (lots of posting to come)! While we were off catering, our maple syrup supplier, Shady Maple Farms, won the blue ribbon AND the judges choice ribbon at the Lancaster Fair! Congratulations to the LaBounty family on your awesome syrup, we know our clients love it. Some of our favorite maple creations include our maple sweet potato salad, maple braised carrots topped with chevre, and our maple pineapple glazed ham.

We had a wonderful time catering for the Kelley Reception on August 3, in Randolph.

We served fresh vegetables and dip, a variety of cheeses and crackers, caprese skewers, and tomato basil bruschetta during during cocktail hour.

For dinner, we served a custom Italian themed buffet consisting of,
Tossed salad with an assortment of dressings & toppings, table bread, butter, and seasoned olive oil, fresh, steamed broccoli with garlic and herb butter, Spaghetti Al Limone, baked Meat Lasagna, Italian sausage in marinara sauce, and baked vegetable and cheese stuffed peppers.

We made a cannoli display and put out a hot coffee and tea station for dessert.

We have done a number of events for this family over the years, and it is always a pleasure! We are wishing the happy couple all the best!

We had the greatest time catering the Houle Reception on Saturday, July 20 at the Beautiful Mohawk Falls.

It was a gorgeous day, so we opted to serve appetizers outside. The couple chose fresh vegetables & dip, cheese & crackers, and Tomato basil bruschetta.

For dinner, we served our Pinkham Notch buffet consisting of; tossed salad with assorted dressings and toppings, fresh fruit salad, dinner rolls & butter, sautéed vegetable medley, golden mashed potatoes, baked stuffed chicken with gravy and cranberry sauce, and Prime Rib Au Jus carved by Chef Ruthie.

It was so great to see so many familiar faces while catering at one of our favorite venues. We wish Cathleen & Travis all the best!

On Saturday, July 20 we had the pleasure of catering the Johnson Reception at the Beautiful Dunegrass Golf Club in Old Orchard Beach.

We catered a plated dinner, our staffed served balsamic chicken breast, baked Atlantic salmon, and roasted vegetable pasta. For the kids, we served chicken fingers & french fries, and macaroni and cheese.

What a treat to go work at the beach! Thank you for your business.

We had an excellent time catering dinner for the Randolph Foundation as they celebrated the bicentennial on Saturday, August 3.

We provided a cheese & cracker display and vegetable crudite for cocktail hour and then served our Androscoggin Dinner Buffet to nearly 350 guests. The meal included tossed salad with assorted dressings and toppings, dinner rolls & butter, green beans almondine, corn-off-the-cob, roasted red potatoes with garlic butter, vegetable and cheese lasagna, balsamic chicken breast, and Prime Rib au jus carved by Chef Ruthie. For dessert, we provided a build-your-own strawberry shortcake station.

This was such a fun event to be a part of, the foundation's four years of planning definitely paid off! Thank you for your business!!

We had an extra special event on Friday, July 26. We celebrated the retirement of Lloyd Murray as the owner of White Mountain Chalet. He passed the torch to his daughter, Ruthanne, back in May and we finally got the chance to give him the send-off he deserves after his 38 years as owner.

The band's Straightaway and FOX rocked the house all night, thank you so much to the band members and everyone who came to support! An extra thanks to Steve and Don who made the trip up from Florida to be here with us.

On Saturday, July 13, we had the pleasure of hosting Kelly Starkey's 40th birthday party. This was a very fun event that included the debut performance of the Dube Crew band! Kelly's children and a friend are the band members at just 11,14 and 16 years old!

On Saturday, July 6, we had the honor and the pleasure to host a benefit dance for Mark Brodeur. There was an extensive auction of items donated from people and businesses in the community. The band STRAIGHTAWAY provided great music all evening- Mark joined them on stage for a song also. Thank you to Mark's wonderful family and friends who organized this night, and everyone who came out to support!

On Saturday, July 6, we had the pleasure of catering the wedding reception for Rosemarie & Tom. They had a beautiful, pond-side ceremony surrounded by family and friends. We served an array of appetizers afterwards including, black pepper bacon wrapped brussel sprouts, tomato & basil bruschetta, fresh fruit display with lemon and vanilla dip, sweet & spicy chicken satay, and sea scallops wrapped in bacon.

We had a lovely time catering the Dimock Reception at the beautiful Tin Mountain Conservation Center this past Saturday, June 29.

For cocktail hour we set up cheese & cracker, hummus & pita, and caprese skewer stations as well as serving bacon wrapped scallops and vegetable stuffed mushroom caps.

For dinner, we served tossed salad, maple sweet potato salad, classic coleslaw, dinner rolls & butter, green beans almondine, wild pesto tortellini pasta, garlic butter shrimp on a skewer, and petite Filet Mignons off the grill. We served strawberry shortcake with homemade whipped cream for dessert.

Matt & Darlene were fabulous to work for, and the venue couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your special day!

We had a wonderful time catering for the North Country Chamber of Commerce annual dinner meeting this past Thursday, June 27 at beautiful Mohawk Falls in Colebrook.

We served veggies & dip and cheese & crackers for cocktail hour. For dinner we served cranberry, apple, walnut salad with maple vinegarette, caprese salad, dinner rolls & butter, sauteed vegetable medley, garlic mashed potatoes, fettuccine alfredo, garlic butter shrimp on a skewer, and Prime Rib au jus carved by Chef Ruthie. For dessert, we served warm apple pie and whipped cream.

This is always a fun group to serve, and at one of our favorite venues to work out of.

We had a great time catering a BBQ lunch for the Family Resource Center at Heritage Park last Wednesday, June 26. We served tossed salad, coleslaw, potato salad, sliced watermelon, hamburgers & hotdogs and veggies burgers with all the fixings!It was wonderful to be a part of the event put on for family reunification, and it's always a pleasure to cater at Heritage Park.

I have lots of posting to do from this past weeks events, but wanted to take a minute to express gratitude for our clients. We have been blessed to cater/host 10 events over the last 10 days!

Thank you to all of those who chose to have us provide food or use our venue space to have their events, and sorry to those who called and we were already booked.

I'd also like to thank our AMAZING staff who make it possible for us to do what we do.

June was a fantastic month, we are all so excited for July!
