Today we had a Zoom Turns Technique class for our Apprentice and Elite dancers. Great job dancers! Ava is making great progress on her pirouettes on pointe 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Awesome job Monica! We love to see our dancers working hard and improving their skills during this crazy time. Brings a smile to our faces!
Miss Eve, you are the glue that holds us all together. Because of you, we are able to call ourselves a family. You are so warm and welcoming to your students and have always been so encouraging to your teachers. Thank you for trusting in us and supporting our visions as choreographers. We hope this video shows you just how loved you are. Eve Persicketti
Awesome Monica! Keep working hard!
Here at CBDA, ALL dancers deserve to get quality instruction. Even our 2-4 year olds are expected to be in dress code, follow direction, and learn the fundamentals of technique. Why? Because they are completely capable! These little ones have lots of fun every week, but they are still building a great foundation and learning the basic skills that they will need if they choose to continue dancing as they are older. Here is a little peek into our Saturday morning pre-K Ballet. This class is taught by a qualified instructor with a BFA in Dance Education, and there are 3 assistants in there to help the class stay on track as well. A strong foundation is everything!
We love you Jenn Kelly!
As most of you know, one of our moms has been bravely tackling breast cancer since the start of the school year. Tomorrow she takes the next step in returning to her fully healed, healthy self. We put together a little video of encouragement and well wishes as she continues on her journey to recovery. We love you Jenn Kelly no one fights alone and you have all of CBDA fighting with you ❤️
Check out little Emma working on ballet walks and glissade. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Check out these cuties in our Saturday morning PreK Ballet class 😊
Finishing out today’s posts with the award that Miss Erin, Miss Jen, Miss Eve and Miss Leigh are the most proud of...the studio Technique Award! It is always an honor to be recognized on stage for the hours and hours of hard work that go in at the studio, at the ballet barre, in the hours and hours of class our dancers take each week. We are so proud of each and every dancer that took the stage today and displayed their fantastic technique that they work so hard for. Congrats girls!
Congratulation to Miss Jen for the choreography award for Jacquelin’s solo, Vanquish 🌟
Competition countdown is in full swing! We can’t wait to see Krista hit the stage with “Rescue” in less than 2 weeks!
Choreography: Erin McCloskey

Mini Ballet head piece and Newsies hat demo!
Newsies hats: the brim of the hat will be angled to the RIGHT since the hair is parted on the left.
This is our low bun demonstration video! All Rookie and Mini dancers need this bun for competition. Please watch. Part must be over left eye as demonstrated in the video. This will also be the bun that ALL DANCERS will wear this tear for our June recital!
