The Berlin Police Department will be at the Berlin Fairgrounds during the Berlin Lions Club 1st Annual Christmas Tree Walk this Friday 5pm-9pm. We will be collecting new, unwrapped toys in support of Berlin Social Services as they make the holidays brighter for all local children and families.
Please consider donating as you enjoy the wonderful Lions Club event. See you there!!

The Berlin Lions wish to thank all the individuals and businesses that supported our recent Luminary display at Veterans Park. This was truly a community effort that made this event an overwhelming success and will provide needed support to our local Veterans.

The Berlin Lions will be honoring our Veterans on Saturday November 11, 2023 with their Forth Annual Luminary Display at Veterans Park in Berlin. All proceeds generated from this event will go directly to helping Berlin Veterans who are in need

The display path will include, Veterans Park, Massirio Dr, Farmington Ave. from Lower Lane up to the monument on Worthington Ridge and Farmington Ave from Massirio Dr. to Porters pass and Porters Pass to Massirio Dr. As well as the Monuments in East Berlin and Percival Ave. The display will begin at 4:00PM and illuminate throughout the night.

The Lions Club is committed to supporting our Veterans and our Community, please join us in showing your support and appreciation to our Veterans who have sacrificed so much for us.

Please visit Berlin Lions web site, berlinlions.org to purchase Luminaries at 1 for $10.00 and 3 for $20.00 and to see images from last years display.

We will also be selling at remote sites in town;

American Legion on Tuesday Pasta Dinner nights 10/17 and 10/24 from 5:00PM to 6:30PM

BHS home football Games on 10/20 and 11/10

Farmington Ave, in front of Matson Rugs on Saturdays 10/28 and 11/4 from 9:00AM to 1:00PM

A big thank you to everyone who made this fair possible, we couldn’t do it without you. Hundreds of volunteers, local churches, fire department, police and so much more. And also a huge thank you to everyone who attended and made this fair the success that it was.

Have you had the deep fried bacon cheeseburger? 🤤🍔🥓🫑🌶️ memorial food booth is where it’s at.

East Berlin Methodist Church had to redirect this year and their ice cream sandwiches do not disappoint. They have home made cookies and they hand make these ice cream sandwiches, some with a twist. We ate a cookie sandwich with bacon, and a fresh cookie sandwich with fluff. Everything was so yummy. Go check them out and show us what you got from them.

Dear Mother Nature. Get it all out today 💧💧💧 we’ve got a fair tomorrow! Just a friendly PSA. Be kind to our volunteers. We do this because we love doing this. Social media, maintenance, food service, cleaning, IT, electrical, cooking, and so much more, is all handled by our lions club volunteers and our friends of the lions club. Also, check out our website, it’s updated daily and whenever any changes happen. Ctberlinfair.com Our messages will be hard to manage while we are managing our fair.
